Testimonial Winter Flu Virus 2005/06

I first came to see you with a dreadful cough and feeling completely over powered, I could not breathe properly and I had thick green sinus. My head ached and I felt so depressed. I really have not felt this ill for a very long time. My eyes ached and watered and I felt nauseous and sick. This suddenly came on, although I have felt quite tired for a while and did not really realise. My children have also had this virus and my little boy has had sticky green snot constantly dripping from his nose. My husband also has been ill and has been on antibiotics.

Since January we have been noticing that many of our patients are suffering with lung disorders such as Emphysema, low deep dry cough, sweating depression, serious infected sinus and a sticky and constant infected green mucous, dry retching and nausea and in some cases vomiting and convulsions . Several people have been admitted to the hospital with appendicitis, in fact the Jersey General hospital has complained of a rush of appendix operation. Several schools have closed because the children were ill with this vomiting bug. Furthermore the eyes are affected by this Pnuemovax Virus. Many patients have been diagnosed with macular degeneration and several children have been admitted to hospital with serious eye disorders. One patient complained that her grandchild was very ill with fever and sinus and then woke one morning with a black eye, no obvious reason for this but the child was rushed to hospital and admitted due to a rare condition of infected optic nerve degeneration.
