Every aspect of life is supported by oxygen, fresh air and exercise. Breathing correctly is the most fundamental process to support health and vitality on all levels. Loss of love, rejection, loneliness and suffering frequently lead to an inability to breathe properly. Self esteem, self worth and pride in oneself is the fundamental basis of how we live our lives happily.

People who feel rejected and lost often become addicted to smoking and find it difficult to give up.
Directions: One pill three times daily. For best results do not touch the pill . Using the lid as a dispenser tip one pill into the mouth without handling. Replace the lid immediately after use and store in a cool dry place away form electrical appliances.
