We aim to ship all in-stock products within 48 hours of order receipt (excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders received before 11:30 am may be processed that same day and will be dispatched by Royal Jersey Mail 1st Class, however we are still at the mercy of the mail provider, if packages are returned to the local Post Office or delayed during busy periods such as Christmas.

Whilst we aim to provide plenty of information and images of our products, we understand that purchasing online can sometimes be difficult. Once received, should you decide that your chosen product is not right for you, please contact us within 2 days. Unless otherwise stated at the time of sale (for example on sale, clearance or short-dated stock), products can be returned, within 30 days of receipt, as long as they are unopened, unused and in their original undamaged packaging. Upon receipt of the product, we will issue a refund for the cost of the item.
We aim to pack all products carefully to avoid damage during transit. However, from time to time, a parcel is mistreated during transit and damage can occur. If your order arrives damaged, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can organise a replacement product for you. We will require the damaged parcel returned to us (at our cost) and if possible please do email us a photo to firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can investigate with our postal contractor to ensure it does not happen to other customers.
